NOW HIRING: LUXURY VILLA MANAGER
We are currently seeking a full-time Luxury Villa Manager with experience to join our team at one of our Zihuatanejo properties for an immediate start-date. The 7-room property hosts groups of 14 guests for vacation rentals and wedding weekend celebrations and is located in above Playa la Ropa in Zihuatanejo. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the property maintenance, property staff, property finances, guest experience, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all areas, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Experience supervising teams or managing operations, customer service, and/or maintenance.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Financial acumen and proficiency in cost control and expense accounting.
Responsibilities:
Manage Property & Grounds Maintenance & Repairs
Schedule & Manage Property Staff (Gardeners, Housekeepers, Security)
Manage Property Expenses, Receipts & Monthly Expense Report
Personally Welcome Guests, Arrange Guest Concierge Services & Monitor Wedding Events
Personally Administer Guest Pre-Arrival & Guest Damage Report Checklists
Personally Provide Wedding Tours to Prospective Brides, Grooms & Wedding Planners
